On our way back from Fayette Andie got the bright idea to take advantage of the photo op afforded be the highway signage. She pulled over and hiked into the "I'm sure there is snakes there" bush, while whimpy me leaned out the car window to take the shot.
As soon as she got around to the other side of the car, a truck pulled over. I didn't think much of it, until he started honking. Then it occured to me, some kind soul had pulled over to pick her up.
She ran up and advised him of the situation, he was clearing off the bench seat so she would have a place to sit. Anyone who sez the reign of the gentleman is over has obviously never been to Tennessee.
